425 Dental

Recently switched to 425 from another dentist in the area. Absolutely loved the switch everyone’s so nice! All work is done in one office and not asking me to go anywhere else which is why I went to this office. Dr. Nikole is AWESOME! Explained everything to me and so very honest and caring! I didn’t feel any pressure to do anything I didn’t want too. Dr. Brian Cheung removed a tooth for me it was over in almost 60 seconds I was amazed how quickly and I felt absolutely nothing it was a great experience! Don’t YouTube just come this place they will take great care of you! Also Vikki who did my teeth cleaning is fantastic again explained everything to me and they have flavored teeth cleaning so cool thank you to all the front office staff also for being so welcoming and great at answering the phone and emailing me back literally instantly from Brielle she is great which lacked in my other dentist! I’m so happy I’ve chosen 425. Moved from the UK in 2018 and struggled to find a good place I wish u came here first time! The office is so clean and relaxing and I’m looking forward to my new smile!! Highly recommend you try this place you won’t be disappointed!!

I have been a patient here for a number of years and have always had a 5 star experience.every time. You will not find a more friendly, professional, and caring group anywhere. I love that they have dental specialists on staff and are able to handle virtually any dental issue that one might need. Best dental experience I’ve ever had!

Wow…. I'm honestly lost for words. They had a call out and even they couldn't get to me in time they made sure I was comfortable & I didn't even feel like they were behind. They took their time and it was just all round a GREAT visit. this dentist deserves 10/10. Extremely clean, friendly, membership option for people who don't have insurance, but love paying less, smells good & they give lots of feedback. Special thanks to Nicole, Sam & the others who helped, but I couldnt get your name. Your positive attitudes had an impact on my feelings. Thank you!!!!

425 dental is great. Both the dentists and the hygienist I have spoke to there have been very kind, and all seemed knowledgeable about their positions. I like coming to 425 dental and knowing I don't have to worry about receiving the proper medical care. They always give me free chapstick and toothpaste, floss etc. which is always greatly appreciated as every dollar counts.

Update: received call from office manager Amenda, figured out a solution and picked up the remaining braces. Issue resolved. * Previous review: * An incredibly awful experience today, very unpleasant. I've been a patient at 425 since 2021, having had cleanings, fillings, wisdom teeth extracted, and invisible aligners done. I've also recommended many friends and family here. However, my impression was completely overturned by today's 2:00 PM appointment (12/20/2023). I had already filled out today's intake form at home (last message in the screenshot 1#), but the front desk lied, claiming they sent me a message saying my appointment had been rescheduled. I didn't receive any texts or calls, despite their claim of sending many. This screenshot is evidence—no messages or calls were received. Then, they switched to a second excuse to stall me. I arrived at 2:13, 13 minutes late. The person at Suite 104's front desk said the Orth technician, Holly, didn't want to see me because I was “20 minutes” late, which was actually only “13 minutes”. My appointment was supposed to be for an hour, but my previous Invisalign visits took around 20-30 minutes (removing trays, scans, checking attachments). They made me go home, completely canceling my one-hour appointment. I'm upset and angry. When they were over 20 minutes late themselves, they made me wait and gave me a $5 Starbucks gift card. Yet, when I was only 13 minutes late, they completely canceled my 1-hour appointment and rescheduled it a month later (1/18/2024 9:00AM). I pay for Invisalign monthly, so I'll have to pay for an extra month ($100+). This delayed my Invisalign treatment one month. Moreover, I feel the entire process was highly disrespectful.
